A one night, NONREFUNDABLE advance deposit by cash or check is required to reserve your cottage. Should you cancel, and if we are able to rebook the cottage, we will refund your deposit by check.

The rate for the Chauntecleer House is $275-325.  The Dove House is $250-300 nightly with a $25 charge for each additional guest.  The Potting Shed is $200-250.  Two-night minimum on most weekends.

Rates do not include sales tax and are subject to change. There is no refund for early departure.

Children eight and over are welcome. We are unable to accommodate pets.   There is a non-smoking policy in all cottages. Full breakfast is provided for two mornings. All cottages have kitchens, TVs, VCRs, or DVD player with DVDs, cable, stereos, and CDs. The Dove and Chauntecleer cottages each have private outdoor spas, and the Potting Shed has a two-person jetted tub.  Luxurious bathrobes furnished for guests as well as firewood provided for fireplaces.

Check-in is 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Check-out is 12:00 p.m.
